Lemmatic Precision is an ITAR-registered, high-precision contract manufacturer based in American Fork, Utah. We engineer, mill, turn, and inspect tight-tolerance components completely in-house for advanced industries along the Wasatch Front from Salt Lake City to Provo. Every part we ship is backed by certified dimensional metrology and traceability, from initial quote through final delivery.
Who We Are
Our team brings together decades of experience from Tier-1 aerospace facilities, academic research laboratories, and high-growth startups. Our name comes from the mathematical concept of a "lemma": a foundational idea that is rigorously proven and immediately put to use in a larger system. We operate under this exact principle supplying parts that are physically inspected, technically proven, and ready to immediately perform under load.
Capabilities
In-house CNC Machining
High-speed, mold-grade 3-axis CNC milling on a Makino F3 and highly automated, dual-spindle turning on a Nakamura-Tome WT-150 II. We hold sub-0.0005" tolerances in 6061-T6 aluminum, stainless steels, mild steels, and engineering plastics (PTFE/Teflon, Acrylic, and more). Perfect for rapid-turn prototypes through low-volume production.
Managed & Certified Programs
For complex programs requiring finishing or specialized processes (such as anodizing, chemical-film conversion, or zinc plating), we manage the entire build through vetted, local partners. Lemmatic retains absolute program responsibility: quality control, material certification, coordinate measuring machine (CMM) verification, and shipping logistics.
