Tolerances and inspection

We do not advertise a generic tolerance window because we understand that every drawing has unique geometric constraints. Instead, we collaborate directly with your engineering department during quoting and DFM review to ensure tolerances are met through design and verification. Every batch we produce is backed by formal, serialized inspection reports produced on our 5-axis CMM, ensuring that your parts are ready to perform out of the box.

§ 4.0

Beyond our walls

For complex programs requiring outside services—such as anodizing, chemical-film conversion, gold-plating, or heat-treating—we manage the entire process through vetted, qualified partners. Lemmatic retains absolute contract responsibility: documentation, material traceability, final CMM inspection, and packaging. You receive complete, flight-ready components backed by one accountable signature.

Quality and compliance

ITAR registered. CAGE Code 19GH5. Our digital Quality Management System (QMS) is built on an ERPNext / Frappe backbone, utilizing paperless production travelers, calibration records, and full raw material traceability from receipt through ship. Our processes are designed directly in alignment with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
