Materials

We work with a wide range of industrial metals and engineering plastics, including:

  • Aluminum: 6061-T6, 7075-T651, 5052-H32.
  • Steels: Tool steels (A2, D2, H13), carbon steels, and stainless alloys (303, 304, 316).
  • Copper & Bronze: Pure copper and bronze alloys.
  • Advanced Plastics: PTFE (Teflon), Delrin (Acetal), Acrylic, PEEK, and UHMW PE.

Tolerances & Inspection

We do not advertise a generic tolerance window because we understand that every drawing has unique geometric constraints. Instead, we collaborate directly with your engineering department during quoting and DFM review to ensure tolerances are met through design and verification. Every batch we produce is backed by formal, serialized inspection reports produced on our CMM with five-axis probing, ensuring that your parts are ready to perform out of the box.

Beyond Our Walls

For programs requiring outside services, we manage the entire process through vetted, qualified partners: Type II and Type III anodize (including masked features), chemical-film conversion, zinc plating, precision balancing, and heat-treating. Lemmatic retains absolute contract responsibility: documentation, material traceability, final CMM inspection, and packaging. You receive complete, finished components backed by one accountable signature.

Quality & Compliance

ITAR registered. CAGE Code 19GH5. Our digital Quality Management System (QMS) is built on an ERPNext / Frappe backbone, utilizing paperless production travelers, calibration records, and full raw material traceability from receipt through ship. The system is built on the ISO 9001 framework and has passed third-party supplier qualification for precision-machining work; formal ISO 9001 certification is in progress.
