Lemmatic Precision is a precision manufacturing supplier in American Fork, Utah. We mill, turn, and inspect components in-house, from prototypes to production runs. And, we work closely with outside partners for programs that require capabilities beyond our own. Every part we ship is measurement-backed and document-controlled, from quote through delivery.
Who We Are
Lemmatic Precision's engineers and machinists have worked at some of the largest precision manufacturing facilities in the U.S., in universities, and in startups. Our name comes from the mathematical concept of a "lemma": an idea that is proven and immediately put to use in a larger system. The precision parts we supply are inspected, tested, and proven: they are ready to immediately be put to work.
Capabilities
In-house
Precision 3-axis CNC milling, dual-spindle CNC turning, and CMM-backed dimensional inspection. Tight-tolerance work in aluminum, steel, stainless, and engineering plastics. Small-batch and prototypes through low-volume production.
Managed
For programs that require processes outside our walls, we manage the build through qualified partners. Lemmatic retains program responsibility: drawing revision control, inspection, traceability, and documentation. One supplier, one accountable signature.
Process
We work the way an engineering team would want a supplier to work. Controlled documentation, digital-first job tracking, calibration records, and CMM-backed first-article and in-process inspection. Material traceability from receipt through ship.
